Where do we deliver?
We currently offer delivery to Réunion Island as well as Mainland France. The available delivery methods and their rates are displayed at checkout.
Order preparation
After payment is validated, your order is prepared before being handed over to the carrier. A confirmation email is sent after you place your order, and, when tracking is available, the tracking information will be provided to you after shipment.
Delivery times
Times may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, weekends, public holidays, or potential events beyond our control. The preparation time is distinct from the carrier's transit time.
Delivery fees
The applicable fees are indicated in your cart or during checkout before final order confirmation. They may vary based on the destination and the selected delivery method.
Damaged package or issue upon receipt
If your package or a product arrives damaged, contact Les Beautés de Bae promptly after receipt. Please keep the packaging and attach photos of the package, the item in question, and your order number so that we can examine the situation.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our refund policy and applicable legal provisions.
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, certain cosmetic or sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.
Returned products must meet the conditions specified in our refund policy. Do not return any product without first following the return procedure indicated by Les Beautés de Bae.
