These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern sales made on the Les Beautés de Bae online store between the seller and any natural person acting as a consumer.
By placing an order on the site, the customer acknowledges having read these GTCS prior to validating their order.

Article 3 – Prices

Article 7 – Receipt and damaged packages

This procedure does not deprive the consumer of the rights and guarantees granted to them by law.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
When the right of withdrawal is applicable, the consumer generally has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise it, without having to justify their decision.

When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, refunds are made in accordance with the timeframes and procedures provided by the applicable regulations.
The direct costs of returning the goods may remain the responsibility of the consumer when the law allows and when they have been correctly informed of this.
The provisions relating to returns do not limit the consumer's rights when a product is covered by a legal guarantee.
Article 10 – Legal guarantees
The products sold are covered by the applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee relating to hidden defects under the conditions provided for by French legislation.

Les Beautés de Bae is responsible for the performance of its obligations under the conditions provided for by the applicable legislation.
The seller's liability cannot, however, be engaged in situations where the law provides for an exemption, in particular when non-performance results from an event of force majeure within the meaning of French law.
